About Us
United Way Comal County
The United Way of Comal County envisions a community where all individuals and families thrive. Our mission is to engage the community and focus resources for those in need in Comal County. Since 2008, this United Way has awarded over $6,500,000 to support more than 250 programs that include feeding the hungry, providing safety to those in danger, furnishing educational and fitness programs for our youth and elderly, and keeping the lights on for those in crisis.

Thanks to all our supporters during the campaign year. United Way of Comal County continues to achieve much success with the help of our donors and many dedicated people working every day to make a difference in people’s lives. Our purpose is many fold, we work to assess on a continuing basis the need for human service programs, work to develop financial resources, and deploy financial support. Within that scope, we achieve to muster community support and manage United Way resources as effectively as possible in a cost-efficient manner.
